Citrus Medica species has 28 Citron varieties. 2 of its most exclusive varieties are Diamente and Etrog Citron and they are used in the production of our Cedro cınfectioneries. This light green - yellow, bright colored fruit having refreshing taste, gusto flavor and long lasting sweet smell, very pleasant aroma is among the most valuable pieces of our collection. Cedro is a confectionary that tastes perfect with single malt whisky, tequila, and parmesan cheese.

Citrus Sinensis is a species that has a very large family having 197 orange varieties, 24 of them being Blood Orange. 3 special varieties carefully selected from this wide family and used in confectionary products under the name of Vortan Garmir. With its special taste resembling forest fruit aroma and color varying from bright red to purple, Vortan Garmir is a delight to eyes with its appearance and to palate with its flavor. Miryam is our confectionary that is produced by processing bergamot peel. It is our best known and recognized product due to its dark orange color, sour taste and fresh and spicy smell and it offers array of flavors that reaches to top as a result of masterful process of bergamot peel and production.

One of the 45 varieties of Citrus Aurantium is a bergamot species known as Citrus Bergamia. Bergamia is processed as fresh fruit and peel and used as an ingredient in many confectionary products. Our Freya confectionary that is produced from Bergamot fruit has a distinguished taste. It goes perfect with matured cheeses like Roquefort cheese, full bodied wine and milk desserts.
